Refund policy

Hello Fashion Star,

We want you to Love your purchase and make that "Fashion Statement", but if for some reason something does not work out, please contact us at info@glitzfashionstar.com within 48 hours after your item(s) are delivered (excluding accessories, swimwear, intimate apparel, and gift cards) to request a return for an Exchange or Store credit ONLY. We currently DO NOT offer REFUNDS.

  • Customized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns for store credit.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Shipping and handling costs are Non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer when a return for an exchange or store credit is requested.

While you are not required to add insurance to your package, we encourage you to do so as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All returns must be mailed within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns that are postmarked after 7 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in:

  • Odor Free
  • Unused, without any stains including deodorant or make-up stains
  • Unwashed and with the Tags attached
  • In its original packaging such as the protective bags and or boxes. 

Please include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase with your return or email us a copy of your invoice with your return request. 

All returned items will be inspected. If your item(s) do not meet the requirements outlined above, your return will not be accepted and Glitz Fashion Star Boutique LLC® will reserve the right to reject your return. Rejected returns will not be issued credits and there are no exceptions to these requirements.

After your exchange for credit or return request is accepted, we will either email you an electronic gift card for your merchandise credit or we will email you our return address in order to return your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. 

Please allow 7-10 days after your items have been accepted for your Exchange or Store credit to be processed.

Damages and Issues
All items are inspected while processing your order, therefore damaged merchandise is very unlikely. Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Glitz Fashion Star Boutique LLC® will only issue a Refund and assume shipping responsibility if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item).
